Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

• Tees: U.S. orders ship in 5–7 business days after order has been custom printed. International orders may take longer depending on location. 

• Books (Deluxe & Standard Editions): Shipping is handled directly by Blurb or Amazon, and times vary by their carriers.

• Digital Products: Delivered instantly by email link—no shipping required.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Tees ship internationally. Books may also be available internationally through Amazon or Blurb. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs or VAT charges.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange a tee if it doesn’t fit?
Because each tee is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. If your tee arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@hormonehallelujah.com with photos, and we’ll replace it free of charge.
Q: What about books?​

• Deluxe Edition (Blurb): See Blurb’s return guidelines.

• Standard Edition (Amazon): Covered under Amazon’s standard return policy.

Q: Can I return a digital download?
No. All digital purchases are final sale. Once your file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. If you have any trouble accessing your file, email us and we’ll make sure you get your copy.

💻 Digital Products
Q: How do I access my digital download?
Once you complete checkout, you’ll receive a direct link by email. You can download the guide and keep it on your phone, tablet, or laptop for easy access anytime.
Q: Can I share my digital file with friends?
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold.

👥 Bulk Orders
Q: Can I order in bulk for a workshop, ministry, or retreat?
Yes! For groups of 6+ items, please contact us at admin@hormonehallelujah.com to arrange custom pricing and shipping.
Q: Why can’t I order more than 5 tees at once?
To keep things fair, we limit tees to 5 per order. Bulk requests are handled separately so we can provide better shipping rates and customer service.

🧾 General
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
Digital Products: Sales tax may apply in states where digital goods are taxable (like Pennsylvania).
Tees: Sales tax is applied automatically based on your shipping address.
Books: Tax is calculated by Blurb or Amazon at checkout.
