Gather. Heal. Rise.
Faith-centered, joy-filled gatherings for women navigating midlife transitions. Led by Coach M’Jae, these conversation circles blend encouragement, science, and sisterhood so you can breathe, reflect, and rise again.

What Happens in a Circle

  • Honest conversations about hormones, health, and healing through faith

  • Emotional balance and nervous-system peace practices

  • Calling, connection, and the courage to speak your truth

  • Scripture, reflection prompts, and gentle movement or prayer (optional)
     

Each circle ends with a moment of gratitude and a reminder that you’re not alone in this season.
 


Who It’s For
Women in perimenopause, post menopause, or any midlife transition who crave connection, clarity, and compassion. No preparation required—just bring your open heart.

How It Works
You host. I facilitate. Invite 10–20 women—friends, sisters, or ministry sisters.
Virtual (Zoom) or local in-person options available.
I’ll facilitate each Circle personally, bringing everything needed — the flow, prompts, and reflection materials — so your only job is to gather the women and open the space.

How many women? 10–20 works beautifully.
Do I need the book Hormone Hallelujah? No, but it’s a lovely companion and helps give context to the circle.
Is this only for Christians? Circles are faith-friendly and welcoming to all.
