You Were Made for This Kind of Community.
There’s something that happens when women gather in a room — virtual or in person — and finally say the things they’ve been carrying quietly.

The exhaustion nobody talks about. The body that feels unfamiliar. The hormonal shifts nobody prepared you for. The faith that’s holding you together even when everything else feels uncertain.

When one woman says it out loud, another woman exhales. That is what a Conversation Circle is.

Led by M'Jae Brown - Certified Integrative Nutrition and Hormone Coach and author of Hormone Hallelujah: A Midlife Healing Guide - each circle blends real education, honest conversation, and faith-grounded community. Less lecture. More real talk. A room where your body finally makes sense and you finally feel less alone in it.

What Happens Inside Every Circle:

  • The conversation most of us never had - about our hormones, our bodies, and what midlife actually means

  • Real education that is practical, clear, and never overwhelming

  • Guided discussion where your questions are welcome and your story has a place

  • Scripture and reflection - spiritual anchoring for the season you are in

  • Connection with women who get it - because sometimes the most healing thing is hearing another woman say 'me too'

Midlife Conversation Circle: Foundations

Registration is Open for Fall 2026

4 Sessions  |  8 weeks  |  Virtual  |  September 2026

Foundations is where the journey begins.

You will leave with language for what your body has been experiencing, a framework for understanding your symptoms, and the foundation that makes everything else possible.

  • Why your body has been sending signals you were never taught to read

  • The reproductive hormones, adrenals, and cortisol connection nobody explained

  • Sacred rest as the first and most important step in your healing

  • A framework for understanding your symptoms that changes everything

FAQs

Do I need to start with Foundations?

If you are new to this work, yes - Foundations is where the journey begins. If you have already done significant work around your hormones and midlife health, reach out and we can talk through whether Restoration is the right entry point for you.

What is included when I enroll?

Every enrolled woman receives a printed Circle workbook and a Midlife Conversation Circle Kit - both mailed to you before the circle begins. The kit contains tangible, curated items tied to each week's teaching. You also get four weekly live virtual sessions in a small group of up to 15 women.

Do I need the Hormone Hallelujah Guide?

Not at all - but it is a beautiful companion and gives wonderful context to the conversations we have together. If you already have it, you are ahead of the curve. If you do not, it is available in the Resources section.

Will sessions be recorded?
Details on recordings will be shared with enrolled women. The circle is designed as a live, interactive experience - showing up live is where the real value happens.

What is in the Midlife Conversation Circle Kit?
The kit is a curated collection of items - each one tied to a specific week's teaching. It is the same intentional, tangible experience women have come to love in our in-person circles, now mailed directly to your door.

Is this only for Christians?

Circles are faith-friendly and welcoming to all women. Faith is woven into the experience, not required at the door.

How many women are in each circle?

Each circle is intentionally limited to 15 women. This is not a course you watch alone. It is a small, intimate gathering where everyone has space to speak and be heard.

What is the difference between the virtual circle and a hosted circle?

The virtual circle is an open enrollment - any woman anywhere can join. A hosted circle is arranged by a host who gathers her own group of women, virtual or in-person, and I facilitate for that group specifically. Both follow the same curriculum and the same heart.

What if I have questions before I register?
Reach out at admin@hormonehallelujah.com. I am happy to talk through whether this circle is the right fit for you.
