This is not a program you follow. It is a process we build together — around your body, your story, your life, and where you want to go.

The Journey
Session 1 — We Begin With You
Before anything else, we sit together. We review your intake, hear your full story, and set the goals that actually matter to you. You talk. I listen. Deeply.
Session 2 — The Mirror
I reflect back what I'm seeing — not as a diagnosis, but as a picture. For many women, this is the first time someone has looked at the full story and said: here's what I notice. We explore it together. You decide what resonates.
Sessions 3–9 — The Work
This is where we move. Through your nervous system, your nourishment, your strength, your habits, your heart. We adjust as we go. Nothing is rushed. Everything builds.
Session 10 — The Rise
We look at how far you've come, anchor what you've built, and map what comes next. This is not an ending. It is a graduation.

Please note: Coaching is not a replacement for medical care, and I encourage you to continue working with your healthcare provider. What I offer is something different - a holistic, whole-body perspective, personalized support, and the kind of time and attention that helps you understand what's happening in your body and advocate for yourself more effectively. Many women find that coaching fills the gaps their medical care leaves open.

If 1:1 coaching feels like a big step right now, a Conversation Circle is a beautiful place to begin. You’ll get real support, real community, and real talk about midlife in a group setting led by M’Jae.
Many women find that the circle is exactly what they needed first and coaching comes when they’re ready to go deeper.
