Here’s What We Do Together.
The 1:1 Coaching Package includes:

6 sessions — one 50-minute session every two weeks

Session 1 — we review your intake form together, understand your full health picture, and set clear, meaningful goals

Sessions 2–6 — we review progress, adjust your plan, celebrate what’s working, and address what isn’t

Sessions are primarily virtual — convenient, flexible and accessible from wherever you are
This is not a cookie-cutter program. Every session is shaped around you — your body, your goals, your life.

Please note: Coaching is not a replacement for medical care, and I encourage you to continue working with your healthcare provider. What I offer is something different - a holistic, whole-body perspective, personalized support, and the kind of time and attention that helps you understand what's happening in your body and advocate for yourself more effectively. Many women find that coaching fills the gaps their medical care leaves open.

If 1:1 coaching feels like a big step right now, a Conversation Circle is a beautiful place to begin. You’ll get real support, real community, and real talk about midlife in a group setting led by M’Jae.
Many women find that the circle is exactly what they needed first and coaching comes when they’re ready to go deeper.
