Do I need the Hormone Hallelujah Guide?
Not at all - but it is a beautiful companion and gives wonderful context to the conversations we have together. If you already have it, you are ahead of the curve. If you do not, it is available in the Resources section.
What if I already have the guide?
You are already ahead. The guide is the foundation. The circle is where we go deeper - with conversation, community, and a workbook built specifically for this four-week journey.
Will sessions be recorded?
Details on recordings will be shared with enrolled women. The circle is designed as a live, interactive experience - showing up live is where the real value happens.
