The Hormone Hallelujah in Her Hands Initiative delivers midlife wellness education, community circles, and healing resources to women who lack access to trustworthy, culturally aligned health information and support.
We place tools, teaching, and hope directly in her hands so she doesn’t have to walk her midlife journey alone.
What We Offer
Community Wellness Circles
Free or low-cost gatherings held in churches, shelters, community centers, and partner organizations.
Women receive:
